Loss and

Objective: To provide insight and awareness into the effects loss and change can have on the individual and larger systems that one has interaction with. Focus is largely on the significance of appropriately expressing and releasing grief feelings.

Due to the nature of the subject area, workshops are designed to be facilitated in a quiet environment, preferably with a small participant group. Sessions are aimed at educating participants about the difference between grief and mourning, and what it means to transfer energy rather than suppress and replace energy. This workshop allows participants to heal through exercise and sharing.
